Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a valuation cost?
We quote the fee upfront, before any work begins, and it depends on the property and the purpose of the report. Get in touch with the details of the property and we will confirm the price and the timeline with you.
Is the valuation accepted by banks?
Yes. Our valuers are registered with the Institute of Real Property Valuers in Rwanda (IRPV). Reports follow International Valuation Standards (IVS) and are accepted by all major Rwandan banks for mortgage and lending purposes.
How long does it take?
Residential in Kigali: 2–3 business days after inspection. Commercial or rural properties: 5–7 days. Urgent instructions can be expedited for a surcharge. We confirm the timeline when you submit the request.
What valuation methods do you use?
We apply the method appropriate to the property and purpose: Comparable Sales (market approach) for most residential; Income Capitalisation for commercial/rental assets; Cost Approach for specialised or new-build properties. Often a blend for robustness.
