Our Story
From Kigali to the World
UPA Properties Rwanda was founded and registered with the Rwanda Development Board in 2016. The company began with a simple observation: Rwanda needs more quality housing every year, and the property sector needs trustworthy professionals to deliver it. Our founder set out to contribute to Rwanda's Vision 2050 by making property transactions clearer, safer and more accessible. Ten years on, UPA continues to serve clients from its Kigali headquarters, with a long-term ambition to extend its services across Africa and, in time, to the Middle East and other regions.
