Yes. The entire process — viewings, due diligence, signing, payment, registration — can be completed remotely via power of attorney. We handle every step locally. Many clients never travel.
How do I send money safely?
We provide our company bank details (USD and RWF accounts held with licensed Rwandan banks). Funds go to our client account, not personal accounts. You receive a receipt for every transaction. We recommend using bank transfer or Wise/Revolut for best rates.
How will I see progress on construction or viewings?
Weekly WhatsApp updates with photos and short videos. For construction: milestone walkthrough videos, budget vs. actual tracking, and variation requests for your approval. For viewings: live video calls where you direct the agent in real time.
What if I need to visit Rwanda?
We arrange everything: airport pickup, hotel, viewing schedule, meetings with banks or advocates, and a dedicated agent for your stay. Many clients visit once to see the property and meet the team.
